models and practice offerings for legacy families and families in
business. Almost all of these pioneers have built a practice from

their formula for creating a flourishing and sustainable practice in

a multi-disciplinary community of 250+ advisors and consultants who are
united by their passion for exploring and sharing best practices for
families of wealth and families in business and in fostering more
frequent and effective collaboration among the serving profssions. He
also spends approximately 50% of his time in his law and consulting
John A balances his enthusiasm for tax savings with
in-depth discovery and purposeful questions to ensure the planning is
congruent with his client’s core values. He delivers workshops across
the nation for estate planning attorneys, planned giving professionals,
wealth managers, life insurance professionals, and trustees around the
Seven Keys of the Purposeful Trusts U Gifts. He facilitates family
retreats and providing wealth counseling, fiduciary and philanthropic
consulting services. He finds immense fulfillment in educating and
training children, adolescents and emerging adults in financial
literacy, philanthropic service, and holistic family wealth principles.

portfolios. He co-authored "Selecting a Trust Situs in the 21st Century”
which was published in the March/April 2002 issue of Probate and
Property. He is the author of The Purposeful Trust Handbook and is
currently completing a book entitled "Connecting Church and Estate --
Integrating Your Faith and Values in the Estate Planning Process" and is
working on another book entitled The New Vocabulary of Family Wealth.
Warnick received a BA magna cum laude from Brigham Young University and
his JD from George Washington University with honors.
