Current developments in Charitable, Income tax, gift tax and estate tax planning areas. With a special emphasis on those challenges and opportunities that exist as a result of the new administration and Congress setting the agenda in Washington beginning January 20, 2017.

  David Cahoone practices in the areas of estate and wealth strategies planning, charitable planning and business planning. Cahoone looks forward to working collaboratively with other attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and insurance professionals to serve the specialized planning needs of individuals, families and business owners. He is a founding principal and faculty member at the Laureate Center for Wealth Advisors as well as a principal in the Founders Group, which helps entrepreneurial companies develop through the Stages of Business by assisting in the development of Tactical Planning, Compelling Message and Perspectives.

Cahoone is owner and faculty member of the Advanced Wealth Studies Institute, LLC, providing high quality custom educational programs, presentations and assistance to financial advisors, attorneys and insurance professionals to promote excellence in estate, financial and wealth strategies planning. He has also co-authored and co-edited many books including Protect and Enhance Your Estate and The Objective Guide to Estate Planning and Life Insurance.
