About the presenters:

Kei A. Sasaki, CFA, Managing Director Regional Chief Investment Officer – Northeast | Wells Fargo Private Bank

Kei A. Sasaki is the regional chief investment officer for the Northeast region of Wells Fargo Private Bank. He leads a team of investment professionals who deliver comprehensive, custom, and diversified portfolio management for clients of The Private Bank. He serves as the investment thought leader in the Northeast, providing insight and interpretation of the economy and financial markets at client events and through written commentary. Mr. Sasaki has over twenty years of industry experience specializing in capital markets research, portfolio management and asset allocation strategy.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he was a managing director of equities at PineBridge Investments, serving as head of research and client portfolio manager. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing fundamental research efforts of over eighty investment professionals across twelve countries, and was a leading representative of the firm’s fundamental and quantitative global equity capabilities. Mr. Sasaki was credited with orchestrating firm-wide global research efforts that helped to identify and capitalize on structural cross-asset class investment themes. He also held positions at Credit Suisse Asset Management and Yasuda Bank and Trust Company.

Mr. Sasaki received a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from New York University and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University. He is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Sasaki is based in New York City.

Isabel Miranda is a founding and managing partner of Pearlman & Miranda, where her practice focuses onTrusts & Estates Law.Before founding Pearlman &Miranda, Ms. Miranda was theCEO of Heritage Family Wealth Consulting and the Managing Partner of a solo lawpractice. Ms. Miranda advises multi-generational families on estate planning, family governance, the administration of their estates and trusts, succession planning for their closely held businesses and charitable planning. Her peers consider her a thought leader on client centered, values based, estate planning.

She is currently Chair of the Finance Committee and Co-Chair of the Editorial Committee for Family Flourishing as well as a Member of the STEP Disciplinary Panel. Before embarking on her legal career, Ms. Miranda managed the trust business at the U.S. Trust Company of New Jersey, where she wasthe Senior Vice President and Director,Chief Trust Officer, Member of the Board of Directors, and Chair of the Personal Administration and Investment Review Committee.

Ms. Miranda is the New Jersey practice host of the Dzogchen Center (established by Lama Surya Das in 1991) and has served on many non-profit and governmental boards throughout her career, among them, Chair of the board of the University and Medicine of New Jersey, the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital board, the board of the UMDNJ Foundation, the Executive Women of New Jersey, the New Jersey Women's Political Caucus, New Jersey Women in Public Finance and the NJ Congressional Redistricting Commission.She is married to Don“Skip”Browne, and together they have fouradult children.
